NASHIK :
Two men, including a senior citizen, allegedly committed suicide at different places in the city. In an incident, Bhaurao Dhavalu Khadam (43, resident of Tavali Phata in Peth Road area of city) committed suicide by hanging himself from the ceiling of his home on Saturday, police said. After noticing the incident, the family members informed the police.
The police rushed to the spot and sent the body to the district civil hospital for post-mortem. In another incident, Jagan Savliram Gorhe (70, resident of Shivganga row house in Peth Road area of the city) left his home on Friday night and did not return.
Then, the family registered a missing case of with the Mhasrul police, who made a search for the deceased.
During the search operation, police found out that Gorhe committed suicide by hanging from a pipe near the Naman Hotel on Saturday.
The police sent the body to the district civil hospital for post-mortem. The Mhasrul police have registered a case of accidental death in both cases, sources added.
