NEW DELHI: The registrations for the Corona vaccine have been started from Wednesday for those in the age group of 18-44 years. In the third phase of vaccination, people above 18 years of age will be vaccinated.
You can register for the vaccination on the government’s CoWIN portal (CoWIN) and cowin.gov.in, as well as on the Aarogya Setu App. Aadhaar number (or similar identity card), mobile number will be required for registration. The process for registration 1) Go to the CoWIN portal (www. cowin.gov.in), where you have to give your mobile number for OTP. 3) Registration form will appear on the screen. Fill in the name, year of birth, Aadhaar number, etc. 4) Select your nearest centre for vaccination or the centre you want (by entering zip code or district name). 5) You can make registrations for four people, including you, on a single mobile number. 6) After registration, you will receive an SMS on your mobile.
How to make registration on the app? You will see the CoWIN dashboard on the Aarogya Setu app. After clicking there, tap on Login / Register. Then you have to enter your mobile number. You will receive an OTP for verification of your mobile number. After that, you have to choose one of the photo ID card options like Aaadhar Card, PAN, driving licence. Information like name, date of birth has to be given.
