Health personnel and nurses will be recruited in state from Kerala to address shortage on the backdrop of coronavirus. United nurses association has opposed this. Give preferene to local nurses first, demanded north Maharashtra president of United Nurses Association Ajay Marathe.
With this decision, there is injustice against nurses in Maharashtra who are unemployed. Association will not allow government to recruit nurses from Kerala on contratual basis. Government should think about local nurses first.
Government should give a clarification about the letter it issued to the directorate of medical education and research and take a proper decision, demanded United Nurses Association and other nurses association.
