No transfer of ZP employees this time

Like every year general administration department of Zilla Parishad had started pre preparations for the transfer of employees and was waiting for government orders. However, in the wake of the coronavirus outbreak, the government has decided not to transfer employees this time.

A process to transfer class III and IV employees in ZP is held in May every year. for this necessary information is collected from those employees who are eligible for transfer. However, there is doubt over this as the government is busy in combating coronavirus and various types of preventive measures have been conducted. There is a ban over the gathering of more than five people. The objective behind this is to prevent gathering.

General administration branch has like every year collected information regarding transfers. However, it is waiting for government orders before implementing the next process. A letter about this was sent to the rural development department. Considering the crisis of coronavirus in the state, the state government has decided not to transfer any employee this time. Employees are working in various places. If they transfer in the current situation, work can be hampered. Considering this, the government has taken the above decision and issued a notification regarding this.

The transfer process of employees is conducted through counselling. For these employees have to be called together. Many employees have been appointed at various places in view of the coronavirus outbreak. A curfew is in place in the district, there was a problem how employees came from taluka level to attend the process. Considering this a demand was made to the government not to conduct the transfer process. With the decision not to transfer employees, the government has provided relief.
