Paper presentation competition held at CSMSS Polytechnic
Nashik: MSBTE sponsored state level technical paper presentation competition was held at CSMSS College of Polytechnic, Aurangabad in which 55 papers were submitted by participating groups from all over the state.
Students of Electrical Department, Guru Gobind Singh Polytechnic (GGSP), Nashik won the Best Technical Paper award with first prize money of Rs.15,000. The students of the winning group Pawandeep Singh Dhingra and Shubham Shelke presented their paper on the topic ‘Hybrid Electricity generation using Microbial Fuel Cell and Solar Energy’.
Prof. S M More, H.O.D. Electrical Department, GGSP, Nashik guided the students for the competition. The event witnessed very high interest by students of various institutes all over Maharashtra.
Students Komal Bargal and Srushti Ramraje with the topic ‘Recent trends in wind energy’ and students Sakshi Zuting and Pratiksha Tarle with the topic ‘Relay performance testing with high technology’ were also appreciated for their efforts and received participation certificates.
Total three groups participated from the Electrical department, GGSP, Nashik.
Guru Gobind Singh Foundation’s chief executive officer Permindur Singh, Principal of GGSP Prof. P S Duggal and Head of Electrical Department Prof. S M More guided and conveyed best wishes to students for their future development.
NLC 119, NRT 107 conduct Ganesh making workshop
Nashik: Nashik Ladies Circle (NLC) 119 and Nashik Round Table (NRT) 107 organised a fundraiser of eco-friendly lord Ganesh making the workshop.
There were 41 participants mostly kid’s who under the supervision of Vidya Deshpande, created beautifully crafted lord Ganesh idols using Shadu soil.
Cookies were distributed to participants from all circles. Chocolate modaks made by Cr. Megha, Glitter pens from Tr. Ajitabh and cold press juices from Juice Life.
The kids and family truly enjoyed being part of this initiative.
