M’rashtra confirms 38th positive case of Corona
Maharashtra emerged as the worst-hit state in the country amidst the outbreak of deadly coronavirus as it registered 38th positive case of the global pandemic on Monday.
Talking to media persons, Health Minister Rajesh Tope said that the district collector of Yawatmahel informed him that a person with a travel history to Dubai tested positive for coronavirus taking the number of confirmed cases in the state to 38.
Meanwhile, Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray and Health Minister Rajesh Tope along with the state chief secretary held a review meeting with district magistrates via video conferencing as the number of coronavirus cases surged in the state.
As per the latest report, 16 cases have come out in Pune, 8 in Mumbai, 4 in Nagpur, 2 in Navi Mumbai and 1 each in Ahmednagar, Aurangabad and Kalyan.
