Satpur : Sound financial planning plays an important role in being successful in life. Organising seminars on subjects like ‘financial literacy’ will help immensely in one’s life-planning goals as financial planning is nothing but a pathway to a prosperous life. What we learn today, must be brought into practice for our own growth and prosperity, said Khushalchandra Poddar.
He was speaking in a seminar on ‘financial literacy’, organised by women entrepreneurs’ sub-committee of Maharashtra Chamber of Commerce, Industry & Agriculture (MACCIA) here.
Committee chairperson Sonal Dagade and finance advisor Sameer Machave were present on the dais. On the occasion, Machave was honoured by presenting him with Bhagavad Geeta at the hands of committee members Sunita Falgune and Aruna Jadhav.
Emphasizing on the need for better education, Machave said that one should spend on quality education in order to reap the benefits out of it and to live a prosperous life.
Earlier, Yogini Deshpande introduced the guests, while Deepali Chandak proposed the vote of thanks. Varsha Dangarikar, Munish Narang and Mukesh Chothani were also present. The presence of women representatives in considerable numbers highlighted the event.
