District Guardian Minister to hold ‘Janata Darbar’ on Oct 30


Nashik : A ‘Janata Darbar’ will be organised in presence of District Guardian Minister Girish Mahajan at Niyojan Bhavan in district collectorate at 11 am on October 30. Problems of people will be resolved in it.

Various difficulties and problems of the people are resolved through Lokshahi Din which has been organised on first Monday of every month at the district collectorate and on second Monday at divisional commissionerate. Efforts will be made to resolve citizens’ problems by holding discussions directly with officials during the ‘Janata Darbar’.

Minister Mahajan instructed that district and divisional level officials should be present for the ‘Janata Darbar’. If it is not possible to resolve complaint of the complainant immediately, the District Guardian Minister will order a periodical programme for this. People cannot file their complaints regarding judicial matter in the ‘Janata Darbar’.

If citizens have any complaints about pending work at administrative level or functioning, they should be present at Niyojan Bhavan on October 30 with mention about form of the complaint, concerned department and concerned official.

Citizens from rural area should register their complaints between 9 am to 10.30 am, while citizens from urban area should register their complaints between 1 pm to 2.30 pm. Token numbers will be given to eligible complaints. Complaints from rural area will be resolved between 1 pm to 2.30 pm, whereas complaints from urban area will be resolved between 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm. Citizens in the district should take benefit of this ‘Janata Darbar’, urged the administration.
