SSC evaluation pattern released

NASHIK: Due to Corona, the results of 10th standard students will be based on internal evaluation. The evaluation procedure for this has been announced recently. In this, the formula of 80 and 20 marks will be used for the results of the re-examinees, students who take the exam with private and rare subjects.

Each secondary school will have a seven-member results committee with him under the chairmanship of the headmaster. It will have teacher members from all subjects like science, mathematics, social sciences, languages. Among the members, deputy headmaster, supervisor, senior teacher committee members will act as secretaries. Relevant subject teachers will prepare the results of the subjects according to the procedure.

This result will be presented to the class teacher. Class teachers, subject teachers will compile subject-wise marks and submit the results to the committee as per the pattern given by Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education. The final decision of the committee will be submitted to the Divisional Board.

In exceptional circumstances, if a student does not appear for the school’s practical tests, first semester, practice test, and other internal assessments, schools should conduct an objective assessment of such students online, by telephone. After that, the school education department has instructed in the notification to make merit by making necessary entries.

The results of the 10th examination (2021) will be prepared through various evaluation processes conducted by the schools at the school level. The Department of School Education has clarified that the answer sheets of the first session examinations, practical examinations, other assessments for internal assessment will be shown to the students, as they are being given at home. The facilities like quality check, photocopy of answer sheets, re-evaluation will not be available at any level.

Results of the re-examinees

Average of the marks in the written examination of the subjects passed in the previous examinations of the State Board – 80 marks Final oral / practical examination of students for class X, internal evaluation – 20 marks.

Evaluation of privately admitted students

Average of subject-wise marks in one or more of the practice tests, exercise books, projects conducted by the contact center – 80 marks According to the working method of the board, students are given final oral, practical examination marks through internal evaluation and practical examination – 20 marks.

Students who appeared for exams

Average of the marks in the written examination of all the subjects passed in the previous examinations of the Board – 80 marks Final oral, practical examination, internal evaluation – 20 marks.
