Ravi Mahajan has been elected as the new president of Credai Nashik Metro for the year 2020-21. Naresh Karda and Krinal Patil have been elected as the Vice President and Gaurav Thakkar as honorary Secretary.
The election was made at a meeting of the executive members held through Zoom under the chairmanship of outgoing president Umesh Wankhede. The new office bearers took over the reins of the Credai Nashik Metro yesterday. The outgoing president Umesh Wankhede has been an executive member for the last 18 years and his term as the president had just ended.
“The construction sector, which is already facing many difficulties, is facing a major crisis due to Coronavirus this year. Various measures will be taken for the benefit of the customers and all the members with the help of the government and the district administration,” said newly elected president Ravi Mahajan.
The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Association of India (CREDAI), Nashik Metro has always worked hard for the real estate sector and its esteemed customers and contributed its efforts to transform the construction sector into an industry. It is constantly striving for infrastructure development as well as branding of Nashik which is complementary to the development of any city.
It has always been a major contributor to the cause of social commitment and has been working shoulder to shoulder with the district administration, police and medical service providers for the last one and a half months to fight against COVID-19 pandemic.
