NASHIK: The Rajdhani special train, which runs between Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CSMT) in Mumbai and Hazrat Nizamuddin in Delhi, will now run daily from July 1, Central Railway sources said. The second wave of the corona had reduced the number of passengers and resultantly the trips of the train. As the situation began to improve, the Rajdhani Express was resumed four days a week, a few days ago.
Now that this passenger train will run every day as before and take a halt at Nashik Road, citizens are relieved. During the train service closure, businessmen, industrialists, tourists had to pay more by air to reach Delhi. Now they feel comfortable. Train booking is already available at all PRS centers and at www.irctc.co.in.
