Indira Nagar : Traders to go into lockdown for 6 days

INDIRA NAGAR :

Following unanimous call of for a self-imposed curfew given by traders and shopkeepers from Nashik city and suburb areas of New Nashik and Nashik Road, trading community from Indiranagar and Pathardi localities has announced a 6-day lockdown from June 25 to June 30.

A decision was taken unanimously at an all party meeting attended by local traders, people’s representatives and general public held in Rajivnagar yesterday.

The six-day lockdown will exclude essential services, pharmacists, and hospitals. An awareness drive about the motive of the lockdown is being conducted in the vicinity.

House Leader and corporator from Ward No. 30 Satish Sonawane, corporator Shyam Barode, Bhagwan Donde, Chandrakant Khode, Devanandji Birari among others were present.

On the sidelines of increasing cases of the COVID-19, the people have promised to give their 100 percent to break Corona chain and underline importance of social distancing.
