Charvi Kabra to be awarded with NTSE scholarship


Nashik : Charvi Kabra is the only student from Nashik district to be awarded National Talent Search Examination (NTSE) scholarship 2016-17.
NTSE is conducted at two levels – state and national for std Xth students. Lakhs of students appear for first level examination and eligible students appear for second level examination.

Only 992 students have been declared as NTSE scholar this year. In Maharashtra, first level examination is conducted by MSCE (Maharashtra State Council of Examination) Pune, while second level examination is conducted by NCERT (National Council of Educational Research & Training).
Both level examination comprise MAT (Mental Ability Test), SAT (Scholastic Aptitude Test) and Language Aptitude Test.

There is negative marking for both first and second level. First level examination result for this year was declared on 2nd March, 2017, whereas 2nd level examination result was declared on 23rd August.

Charvi was guided by her parents Prof. Manoj Kabra and Vishakha Kabra (directors – Neel Kabra’s Academy, Nashik).
