Satpur: Industries ministry will prepare a new industrial poicy will be suitable for industries in state. Suggestions by industrialists will be considered definitely and they will be included in the industrial policy. In addition, efforts will be made to make Maharashtra ahead in industrial sector, assured state Industries Minister Subhash Desai.
The industries department of Maharashtra oganised a state level workshop at Mumbai on new industrial policy of Maharashtra state. Desai was speaking at that time. Additional secretary Satish Gavai, chief executive officer of MIDC Sanjeev Sethi and commissioner (industries) Harshdeep Kamble were present on dais.
In new industrial policy, it has been mentioned that efforts should be necessary to make current and future industrial colonies in Nashik smart. Solar light, CETP plant, digital board, easier policy for project affected, quality basic facilities and various other suggestions have also been included.
Nashik Industries and Manufacturers Association, Ambad Industries and Manufacturers Association, Nashik Industrial Co-operative Estate Ltd and Maharashtra Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Agriculture gave a memorandum to the Industries Minister.
Chief executive officer of MIDC Sanjeev Sethi met industrialists personnaly and held discussions in detail with them. Joint director (industries) Vikas Jain compered the programme and proposed the vote of thanks.
Chairman of MSME committee of Maharashtra Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Agriculture Ashish Nahar, NIMA president Harishankar Banerjee, regional president of BJP industries wing Pradip Peshkar and other office bearers were present for the meeting.
