4500 industries restart their production activities

The production process in industrial sector is getting speed in a real sense now and so far around 4500 industries have restarted their production activities. As it is possible to work in two shifts instead of 12-hour shift, production process has been speed up and most workers have employment opportunities available.
After first and second stage of lockdown, government has attempted to revive economy with permission to restart industries. On the backdrop of this, it had been decided to call less workers after making 12-hour shift. However, government has amended this rule and has allowed to work in two shifts. Earlier, government had put a limit on manpower. It has now been cancelled, however it has been made mandatory to follow rules and conditions laid by the government.
Accordingly, it has been made mandatory to maintain social distancing in industries, gap of two hours between two shifts and use sanitizer and mask.
Of the total industries in Nashik industrial area, 7300 industries have sought permission to restart their production activities and 4500 industries have restarted their production activities. As a result, around 70,000-80,000 workers have employment opportunities available.

Workers unions had consistently demanded to shut 12-hour work and to give eight-hour work in shift. A memorandum regarding this had also been submitted to the Chief Ministr. As it has been included in a rule, workers got a justice.

While speeding up the production activities, make production following worker law and those rules which have laid down by the government. Work in eight-hour shift than 12-hour shift.
