Currently company is passing through transformation and everyone should get back to work with vigour and provide good service to consumers for this, stated chief engineer of Nashik circle, Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Ltd. Deepak Kumthekar.
A training camp was organised by electricity workers federation at Kadam lawns with an objective to make workers about their rights and duties. Kumthekar was speaking at that time. Technical and office workers and lineman were present.
Leader of the federation V D Dhanvate presided over the camp. On the first day of the camp, while providing his guidance Sanjay Bhavsar presented demonstration about difficulties of workers and difficulties in computer related works. He informed about how to prepare computer file having record of the worker from his joining date to retirement and how to file leave application online.
V N Shimpi informed about the chargesheet given by the company to workers and disciplinary action. General secretary of the federation Krishna Bhoyar informed about the history of the federation since its formation. Additional executive engineer Pramod Gade provided his guidance about how technical workers should prevent accidents while working.
Pandit Kumavat compered the programme, while G H Wagh proposed the vote of thanks. Rohidas Pawar, Deepak Gangurde, Haribhau Sonawane and others were present.
