Police parade 4 criminals


Nashik : Bhadrakali police paraded four hardened criminals in ZP office and Ganjamal area after arresting them for their involvement in looting and beating up citizens in the area. If citizens have any complaint about them, they should register it without any fear, urged police.

The names of the suspects are Bholanath Salwe, Akash Sadavarte, Santosh Bhadarge and Kailas Ahire (all residents of Ganjamal).

Looting incidents had taken place in Ganjamal, GPO Road, ZP office and N D Patel Road area since last few months. Bhadrakali police were receiving complaints about looting and beating up of youths without any reason.

These suspects had beaten up two tribal youths opposite ZP office on Friday (May 26) and looted Rs. 1200 from them. One youth was injured. The suspects fled from the spot thereafter. After getting information assistant police inspector Honaji Lande inquired injured youth and took information about suspects. While investigating into the case, Lande found that one suspect was running after seeing the police. He chased him and took into custody.

During interrogation he told names of his three accomplices. Accordingly, police took Bholanath Salwe, Akash Sadavarte, Santosh Bhadarge and Kailas Ahire from Ganjamal area into their custody.
