Satpur : Nashik Industries & Manufacturers Association organised a meeting with SP Sanjay Darade to start a separate police chowki in Malegaon MIDC at Sinnar to curb rising crime and robberies in the industrial area. Darade assured the police chowki would be started soon.
SP Sanjay Darade, NIMA president Mangesh Patankar, general secretary Uday Kharote, additional vice president (Sinnar) Ashish Nahar, police inspector MIDC police station H P Kolhe, additional secretary of NIMA Sudhir Badgujar and deputy executive engineer of Malegaon MIDC Nitin Patil were present on dais during the meeting which was organised at NIMA house hall in Sinnar MIDC.
NIMA president Patankar made clear the stand behind organisation of the meeting. Criminal incidents will be curbed with starting of police chowki at MIDC and law and order situation will be maintained, he mentioned.
All industrialists in the industrial areas should install CCTV cameras in their plants and keep complete information about each worker and their photographs, instructed Darade and assured to start the police chowki earlier.
Deputy executive engineer of Malegaon MIDC Nitin Patil assured to take follow up for providing proper place for police chowki. Ashish Nahar compered the meeting, whereas Kharote proposed the vote of thanks.
Fire officer of Malegaon fire brigade P R Gholap, NIMA’s K L Rathi, Shrikant Bachhav, S K Nayar, Surendra Mishra and industrialists were present in large numbers.
