Satpur : This project is useful for increasing skill and quality of teachers along with qualitative education to students in NMC schools through e-learning or digital classroom, stated president of Nashik Run charitable trust Harishankar Banerjee.
Nashik Run is setting up e-learning system in 14 schools on experimental basis. Considering results of this system, Banerjee expressed his wish to set up facility of digital classroom in other NMC schools.
e-learning system was inaugurated at NMC school no. 33 and 71 in Anandvalli and NMC school no. 26 and 99 at Shivajinagar by Nashik Run president Harishankar Banerjee and vice president H B Thontesh.
Secretary of Nashik Run Anil Daithankar, treasurer Rajaram Kasar, NMC education officer Nitin Upasani, trustees of Nashik Run Prabal Ray and Sandip Pande, Nitin Deshmukh, Purohit, Sneha Oak and others were also present.
It has been found that children are learning earlier through picture. Considering good effects of e-learning or digital classroom in high class and bigger schools, Nashik Run has focussed on e-learning project to provide benefit of it to children from poor families, their intellectual development and their introduction with state-of-the-art technology.
Nashik Run is providing high quality software in 14 NMC schools. Digital set up is being provided in two schools, informed Daithankar.
