‘Mitrotsav 2017’ held at Sapkal college of engineering


Nashik: A get-together ‘Mitrotsav 2017’ of former alumni of late G N Sapkal college of engineering, run by Sapkal Knowledge Hub was held recently. Chairman of the Hub Dr. Ravindra Sapkal lighted traditional lamp to inaugurate the get-together. Students who have passed BE degree course were present in large numbers.

The get-together was organised with an objective to contact former students working in various industries. While expressing their views, former students recollected their college memories.

While interacting with students, Dr. Ravindra Sapkal stated that it is not necessary that students should become engineers after getting an engineering degree. They can achieve expertise in various sectors on the basis of their will power. Sapkal Knowledge Hub will always remain behind the students though they have completed their education, he assured.

Ananda Shirsath, Ashay Deshmukh, Chaitnya Bhosale, Amit Shinde, Pallavi Patil, Ganesh Khelukar, Bunty Baviskar and Rajat Mundada also expressed their feelings. Principal of engineering college Prof. Dr. Sahebrao Bagal, director (admin) Dr. B B Rayate, Dr. Suhas Dhande, Principal of pharmacy college Dr. R B Saudagar, department head Dr. Sachin Harak and other teachers were also present.
