1. User Agreement
The user (“You”) can access http://www.deshdoot.com ("the Site"), subject to the terms and conditions of use which may be altered, amended, deleted, changed from time to time without any notice to you entirely at the discretion of Shrirang Prakashan Private Limited
(“Deshdoot”) as set out below. This agreement shall be governed by the terms and conditions hereinafter set out. This Agreement shall also include and be governed by such additional terms and conditions as may be framed by us from time to time. We reserve right to unilaterally add to or change/modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement including but not limited to suspend/cancel, discontinue a service at any time without notice, make modifications and alterations in any or all of the content, products and Services contained on the Site without prior notice. Where Additional Terms apply to a Service, these will be accessible for you to read either within, or through your use of, that Service. Such Terms and Conditions and Additional Terms will be posted on http://www.deshdoot.com for your knowledge, understanding, reference and convenience so as to enable you to know your rights and liabilities under the same and your responsibility as a user of the Site. You will be deemed to have accepted such Additional terms and conditions and/or any modifications and/or alterations thereto if you click and access or continue to access the Site subsequent to such changes.The Terms and conditional together with the Additional Terms and conditions form a legally binding Agreement between you and us in relation to your use of the Services. It is important that you take the time to read them carefully. Collectively, this legal agreement is referred to below as the “Terms and Conditions”.If there is any contradiction between what the Terms and Conditions and the Additional Terms and Conditions, then the Additional Terms shall take precedence in relation to that Service.

3. CHARGES
Deshdoot reserves the right to charge subscription and / or membership fees in respect of any part or aspect of the Site upon reasonable prior notice. You are responsible for obtaining access to the service and that access may involve third party fees (such as internet service provider or airtime charges). In addition, you are responsible for all equipment necessary to access the service. You are responsible for the fees associated with the display or delivery of advertisements on the Site.
4. LIMITED PERMISSION TO COPY
Deshdoot hereby grants you limited and restricted permission to only access and make personal use of the Site and you shall not directly or indirectly download or modify /alter /change /amend /vary /transform /revise /translate /copy /publish /distribute or otherwise disseminate any content on Deshdoot’s Site/Service, or any portion of it; or delete or fail to display any promotional taglines included in the Site/Service either directly or indirectly, except with the express consent of Deshdoot. However, you may print or download extracts from these pages strictly for your personal/individual, non-commercial use only. You must not retain any copies of these pages saved to disk or to any other storage medium except for the purposes of using the same for subsequent viewing purposes or to print extracts strictly for personal / individual use. 5. INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION, ACCESS AND EXCHANGE OF INFORMATION
For certain services such as email, personal web pages, contests and shopping, the visitor (i.e. you) are required to register yourself with Deshdoot.com. You will receive a password and account designation upon completing the registration on the Site. You will be able to change your Password at any time and it will be advisable to change your Password frequently for security purposes. By registering, you agree to the following terms in addition to any other specific terms which shall be posted at an appropriate location of the Site. Each registration is for a single individual user only. To access these services, you will be asked to enter your individual User Name and Password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and you will alone be fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You are requested not to your account and Password to anyone so that your account is not hacked. Therefore, we shall not be responsible in any manner if you permit:- a) Any other person to share your User Name and/or Password.b) Any part of the Site being cached in proxy servers and accessed by individuals who have not registered with the Site as users.c) Access through a single User Name and Password being made available to multiple users on a network. If we reasonably believe that a User Name and Password are being used / misused in any manner as stated above, we reserve the right to cancel access rights immediately without notice, and block access to all users from that IP address.You specifically agree that we shall not be responsible for unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data, any material or data sent or received or not sent or received through the Site.
Exchange of Information in relation to chat & other Community Services : All information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages or other materials, whether publicly or privately transmitted/posted, is the sole responsibility of the person from whom such content originated (the Originator).You, as a responsible adult (above 18 years or above), shall be solely responsible for all content that you upload, post or otherwise transmit. On the Site, we endeavour to provide a web platform for various community interactions for persons to interact, exchange and share views with each other. You may also not indulge in cyber stalking, become or create a nuisance for any person/user or download any file posted by another user, that you know, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally distributed in such manner. 6. CONFIDENTIALITY.
During the term of this Agreement, you can only have limited access to some of Deshdoot’s nonpublic technical or product information ("Proprietary Information"). Deshdoot shall be the sole and absolute owner of such Proprietary Information. You shall not, except as expressly authorized by this Agreement, use or disclose Proprietary Information without the prior written consent of Deshdoot unless such Proprietary Information becomes part of the public domain through no fault of yours. You hereby unconditionally agree that at all times even after expiry of this agreement (i) you shall not disclose any Proprietary Information to any third party, (ii) you shall not to use any Proprietary Information for any purposes whatsoever save and except for exercising and discharging your rights and responsibilities under this Agreement, and (iii) you shall keep the Proprietary Information confidential and use same degree of care you use to protect your own confidential information. You admit, acknowledge and agree that there can be no adequate remedy under the laws for any breach of the obligations hereunder and any breach may allow you or third parties to unfairly compete with Deshdoot resulting in irreparable harm, loss, damage and injury to Deshdoot. Upon any such breach or threat thereof,Deshdoot shall be entitled to injunctions and other appropriate equitable relief in addition to whatever remedies it may have at law.
7. SUBMISSIONS
In these terms of use, we use the word "Submissions" to mean text, messages, ideas, concepts, pitches, suggestions, stories, screenplays, treatments, formats, artwork, photographs, drawings, videos, audiovisual works, musical compositions (including lyrics), sound recordings, characterizations, your and/or other persons' names, likenesses, voices, usernames, profiles, actions, appearances, performances and/or other biographical information or material, and/or other similar materials that you submit, post, upload, embed, display, communicate or otherwise distribute (collectively, "Distribute") on or through a WDIG Site.There are two types of Submissions: Solicited Submissions and Unsolicited Submissions. "Solicited Submissions" means those Submissions (a) that we expressly request or enable you to provide to us via any feature or activity on a WDIG Site for our review or display and possible specifically-defined consideration or compensation (collectively, "Consideration") (such as prizes or other value in games, sweepstakes, contests and promotions); and (b) that you Distribute on or through any WDIG Site for which you do not seek Consideration (such as in our Guest Services and in Public Forums (as defined below in Section 6, entitled "PUBLIC FORUMS AND COMMUNICATION")). "Unsolicited Submissions" are any and all Submissions that do not fall within subparagraphs (a) or (b) of this paragraph.
8. YOU SHALL NOT DISTRIBUTE ANY UNSOLICITED SUBMISSIONS; NO IMPLIED CONTRACT.
Our company policy does not allow us to accept or consider unsolicited Submissions. Except as expressly stated in these terms of use, the provisions of these terms of use apply equally to unsolicited submissions and solicited submissions. Accordingly, we, our licensees, distributors, agents, representatives and other authorized users shall be entitled to exploit and disclose all submissions and we shall not be liable to you or to any person claiming through you for any exploitation or disclosure of any submission.
9. COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARKS
Unless otherwise specifically permitted or stated, copyright and all or any of the intellectual property rights in all material presented on the site (including but not limited to text, audio, video or graphical images), trademarks and logos appearing on this site are the absolute property of Deshdoot and/or its subsidiary, affiliates and associates and are protected under applicable Indian laws. Any infringement shall be vigorously defended and pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.
