NASHIK :
In a span of less than 24 hours, eighteen COVID-19 cases were detected in Malegaon city hence taking the tally of confirmed cases to twenty-eight in the city, authorities said on Sunday, adding that the new cases are the kin of infected individuals.

Recently, Malegaon was sealed after first five pandemic cases, having no travel history, were found.
Including these 28 cases, the district presently has 31 patients with one fatality. Meanwhile, a team of 400 personnel are conducting a door-to-door inspection in Malegaon.
